Summary, etc. การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากเกี่ยวกับบทบาทในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไม่ติดต่อ และศึกษาปัจจัยสนับสนุนและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไม่ติดต่อของพระคิลานุปัฏฐาก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระคิลานุปัฏฐาก จากจังหวัดในเขตสุขภาพที่ 3 – 6 ซึ่งสุ่มมา 7 จังหวัด จำนวน 269 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติงานของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไม่ติดต่อ แบบสอบถามการได้รับการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานจากภาครัฐ/หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.92-1.00 มีค่าความเที่ยงจากสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ ครอนบาคระหว่าง 0.79-0.94 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทางออนไลน์และทางโทรศัพท์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่ง (ร้อยละ 53.0) มีอายุน้อยกว่า 44 ปี โดยมีอายุเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 44.45 ± 12.09 ปี เกือบสองในสาม (ร้อยละ 64.7) ได้รับการอบรมหลักสูตรพระคิลานุปัฏฐาก 35 ชั่วโมง ร้อยละ 72.59 ปฏิบัติหน้าที่พระคิลานุปัฏฐากมาแล้วสองปี 2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างพระคิลานุปัฏฐากปฏิบัติงานด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไม่ติดต่อในระดับมาก (x= 3.50; SD = 0.66) โดยกิจกรรมที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างปฏิบัติ 5 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ 1) ส่งเสริมพระในวัดและชาวบ้านให้ทำกิจกรรมเพื่อผ่อนคลายความเครียด 2) ศึกษาหาความรู้ด้วยตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน 3) ส่งเสริมพระในวัดให้พิจารณาลดการฉันอาหารหวาน มัน เค็ม 4) ส่งเสริมพระในวัดให้บริหารร่างกาย และ 5) ให้คำปรึกษาแก่พระสงฆ์ในวัดเพื่อป้องกันโรคไม่ติดต่อ 3. ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่พระคิลานุปัฏฐากเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไม่ติดต่อนั้น ประมาณหนึ่งในสี่ (ร้อยละ 24.68) ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ความเห็นเพิ่มเติม ระบุประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ และขาดแคลนงบประมาณ และอุปกรณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน อาทิ เครื่องวัดความดันโลหิต 4. กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่าการปฏิบัติหน้าที่พระคิลานุปัฏฐากสอดคล้องกับคำสั่งสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าในสมัยพุทธกาลที่ว่าให้พระสงฆ์ทำหน้าที่อุปัฏฐาก ดูแลกันและกัน

Summary, etc. This descriptive study aims to explore health care practice of “Phra Kilanuphatthak”, health volunteer monks, in preventing and managing non-communicable diseases. The participants were 269 volunteer monks, randomly selected from seven provinces in Health Region 3 – Health Region 6. The research instruments were questionnaires on health volunteer monks’ personal data and their health care practice to prevent and control non-communicable diseases. The questionnaires were tested for content validity by five experts and the alpha’s coefficients were 0.79-0.94. Data were collected through online surveys and telephone interviews. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were used in data analysis. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. More than half of the participants (53.0%) were aged less than 44 years, with an average age of 44.45 ± 12.09 years. Nearly two-thirds (64.7%) attended the 35-hour Phra kilanupataka training program, and 72.59% have performed their duties for approximately two years. 2. The volunteer monks' health care practice in preventing and controlling non-communicable diseases was considered a high level (x= 3.50; SD = 0.66). The top five practices included 1) encourage monks and people to perform stress-relief activities; 2) continually do self-study; 3) encourage monks to eat less saturated fat, sugar, and salt; 4) encourage monks to exercise; and 5) give advice on how to prevent non-communicable diseases. 3. About a quarter of the participants reported issues related to cooperation and lack of medical equipment, i.e. blood pressure monitors as barriers for health care practice. 4. The majority of the participants agreed that Phra Kilanuphatthak’s health care practice was relevant to the teachings of Lord Buddha saying that monks should take care of each other.
